Walmart is one of the largest supermarket chains in the world, it opened its doors in 2006 in Latin America. According to the company Ditchter & Neiter “77% of Costa Ricans visit 3 to 4 times a week a Walmart chain supermarket and 46% of them buy electronic products” For this reason, Walmart is looking for ways to provide a better shopping experience and customer service to the electronic department. My Role

I did my graduation project with Walmart, provided user research planning and execution with user interviews, user personas, card sorting, and usability testing for the interactive kiosk. Also, I created low and high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and user flows. I worked with Walmarts UX/UI team in India to review the design and that it was according to the brand guidelines. The kiosks were displayed at 3 Walmarts in Costa Rica.
