Cisco physical and mobile devices configuration software
The central bank of Costa Rica is the most important banking institution in the country. It has more than 2000 employees. With the COVID pandemic, the bank had to adapt to most of its employees working remotely . This generated a change in the number of licenses for mobile devices (Android, iPhone, computer and tablets) and physical CISCO devices.

My Role
I create solutions and experiences for the telecommunication industry based on cisco technology. Responsible for user research planning and execution, requirements definition, workshops, wireframes, prototyping, user testing, and visual design.
