I led the end-to-end UX redesign of Company X’s project management platform, engaging 59 users through research, card sorting, and usability testing. Our goal was to simplify access to tools and training for over 14,000 Project and Portfolio Managers. By uncovering key pain points—like fragmented resources and complex navigation—we restructured the information architecture and designed a role-based, user-friendly experience. The result: a scalable platform that streamlines onboarding, improves daily workflows, and empowers project managers to work more efficiently.

As the Lead UX Designer on this project, I owned the end-to-end UX strategy and execution. My responsibilities included: - Planning and conducting user research, including interviews with cross-functional roles (PMs, Portfolio Managers, Finance Leads) - Synthesizing insights to define key personas and user needs - Leading ideation sessions and facilitating card sorting exercises to inform the platform’s information architecture - Designing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that reflected real-world workflows and role-specific needs - Collaborating closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment and feasibility - Running usability tests with over 30 users to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback Throughout the process, I acted as the voice of the user—bridging business goals with user needs to deliver a solution that was not only functional, but intuitive and scalable.
