In the quest to elevate the e-commerce experience, the project centered around transforming "Aquí+Frescos" a dynamic e-commerce poised for expansion from Guatemala to Costa Rica, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Embarking on a user-centric journey, the process unfolded with an empathetic exploration of consumer needs through workshops. A meticulous heuristic evaluation followed, dissecting usability against established principles. Real-world validation ensued with user testing sessions involving 15 participants, providing crucial insights. A comprehensive usability analysis guided the redesign. This project helps optimized the functionality and also set the stage for its expansive growth with an enhanced and user-friendly e-commerce platform.
