As the lead UX designer, I spearheaded a transformative UX research project utilizing the design thinking and user experience process to optimize the supplier experience within the North American operations for Cargill. The primary objective was to delve into the end-to-end process, identify pain points, and propose improvements for a seamless P2P (Procure-to-Pay) journey.

As the UX Lead for the Supplier Experience Enhancement project, I spearheaded a strategic initiative aimed at improving the end-to-end journey for suppliers engaging with our company's P2P process in North America. My role involved orchestrating a comprehensive approach, starting with stakeholder discovery to gain insights into the existing processes and technical intricacies. In collaboration with stakeholders, I facilitated empathy workshops and interview question sessions to align objectives and ensure a cohesive understanding of supplier experiences. To address the challenge of gathering in-depth insights from multiple participants within supplier companies, I innovatively leveraged breakout rooms during qualitative interviews, allowing for a thorough exploration of the P2P journey. My responsibilities extended to synthesizing findings using dovetail, translating them into a user journey map, and proposing user-centric solutions. Throughout the process, I maintained a user-first perspective, ensuring that the outcomes not only addressed pain points but also contributed to a more streamlined and user-friendly supplier experience. This project underscored my commitment to leading impactful UX research that drives tangible improvements and aligns with overarching business objectives.
